The Agricultural Societies Council of NSW is a peak body of Agricultural Shows in NSW. Managing conflict between committee members is a common issue across a number of Show Societies. To help our members, we engaged Catherine Gillespie, Managing Director, Workplace Conflict Resolution to present to the whole conference on Managing Conflict on Show Committees and conduct two workshops the following day on Managing Difficult Behaviours and Knowing Your Legal Liabilities, at our triannual NSW Country Shows Seminar.
