Catherine Gillespie -  Managing Director

Catherine Gillespie brings a wealth of skill to her clients. With particular expertise in teaching communication and workplace conflict resolution skills, Catherine has made a marked difference to the organisations she has worked with. She empowers teams and managers to adopt constructive styles that support harmony, productivity and progress in the workplace. Catherine has a particular interest in Challenging Behaviours and High Conflict Personalities & Situations within the workplace.

As a qualified and Nationally Accredited Advanced Mediator, Catherine is able to support parties to more fully understand their dispute and work towards agreements for future workplace behaviours and interactions.

Always endeavouring to improve her skills, Catherine has attained several relevant qualifications including: Master of Workplace and Employment Law (Monash University, Faculty of Law), Master of Conflict Resolution (La Trobe University, Faculty of Law), Certificate in Professional Coaching (Coachcorp Pty Ltd), Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training and a Bachelor of Education (Secondary – Maths & Physics, Deakin University). She is also an Accredited LSI/GSI Practitioner (Human Synergistics®), Conflict Dynamics Profile® Practitioner (Leadership Development Institute, Eckerd College), Team Management Profile® and Strategic Team Development Profile® Practitioner (Team Management Systems®) and an Accredited Advanced Mediator (LEADR Australia). Catherine is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Catherine has Extended Level 2 Accreditation in DISC, a psychometric assessment tool used for career and leadership development.

Whilst earning her Masters Degree in Conflict Resolution, Catherine was awarded the Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence.

Catherine draws on her experience in international sport as both a netball player (Australian Netball Team – 1988, Vice Captain Aus U/21 Team – 1986) and Level 3 Nationally Accredited Coach (Head Coach – Malaysian Commonwealth Games Netball Squad – 1995/96, Mentor Coach, Malaysian Team, World Championships 2011, Singapore) and brings this facet of coaching, teamwork and excellence to her work in the corporate arena.

Her contribution to sport in Australia has led to her being the recipient of the Australian Sports Medal Award (for services to sport).

Tiffany Healy is a legally trained and qualified Nationally Accredited Mediator and a member of the Law Reform Committee with Victorian Women Lawyer’s Association. Tiffany is also trained in managing high conflict personalities in legal disputes.

Tiffany has a strong background in educating and presenting information in an engaging and informative manner. Thus, her expertise allows her to train all levels of the workforce, whether it be management, particular teams or the entire populous of the workplace.

Tiffany has had a successful career as a professional freelance violinist, including acting as Concertmaster of Melbourne City Opera. In addition, she has also worked with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra in an administrative capacity, as well as holding classroom teaching roles at the secondary level. Always endeavouring to extend herself, after having completed the Juris Doctor, Tiffany is also interested in pursuing the opportunity of becoming a legal practitioner.

Tiffany is passionate about working in areas of law that are primarily people-focused and mediation satisfies this, as it is underpinned by a human element, which makes the work appealing, varied and significant.

Jackson Taylor

Jackson is a Nationally Accredited Mediator, Registered Migration Agent, and Australian Lawyer. Jackson’s passion for mediation comes from a belief that conflict resolution can come through engagement and building mutual understanding. He was inspired to enter mediation practice while studying Alternative Dispute Resolution as part of the Master of Laws (Juris Doctor).

Jackson has extensive experience working with companies to understand and meet their strategic resourcing needs through targeted immigration and recruitment. Jackson has worked with HR teams across a wide range of industries, both locally and internationally.

Throughout​ his career Jackson has been responsible for developing and delivering training to a wide range of business stakeholders and enjoys learning about the culture and practice of each individual business.

Jackson enjoys travel and has had the opportunity to spend a number of years overseas, including stints in Italy and France. Jackson originally completed a Bachelor of Arts at Melbourne University in History and French before completing a Graduate Certificate in Australian Immigration Law and Practice and most recently a Master of Laws (Juris Doctor). ​

Jeannette is a senior HR practitioner with extensive experience in both profit and not-for-profit sectors across diverse industries, with expertise in the areas of equal employment opportunity, employee relations and conflict management. She is a skilled facilitator, investigator and trainer who combines commercial astuteness with a genuine care for people to achieve desired outcomes for clients.

Elisa Walerys is a nationally accredited Mediator with expertise in workplace disputes. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a DISC Psychometric Profiling accreditation.

Elisa is an experienced HR practitioner having worked as a consultant for many years providing advice and services to small, medium and large employers. Elisa is also an experienced workplace investigator and trainer.

Her background in recruitment and outplacement ensure high level interpersonal skills allowing her to relate and build relationships with any individual from the shop floor to the boardroom.

Elizabeth has extensive experience at senior management level within the private sector, across several industries, focusing mainly on human resources and workplace training.

Elizabeth is very interested in international law and humanitarian issues, and has previously worked in this area, and attended The Hague Academy of International Law. She continues to participate in volunteer work in this field. Elizabeth has extensive experience working with clients from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
